LogicSpeak – My Office! [u]

So, I didn’t know I would end up with an office. It’s kind of wild how this week compares to last week and so forth… I feel so blessed. But with that, I wanted to show off in a single place what has been going on…

This is the building in Roswell, GA
This is my office with some of the stuff belonging to Drew, whose office this was. He moved to a new office.
This is a little meeting area outside of the offices here.
I got moved in a little. I got my monitors, my dock and my laptop all setup, but needs work.
A view of the bee-line I have to the bathroom. Oh, and I didn’t choose my artwork on the door. Nor did I take it down…
Looks bare!
Uh, oh. I brought in some office decor. Ships on a stick, picture of Dana and myself (ROLL TIDE!) from our first time at Bryant-Denny Stadium and some cool Braves wall art that Dana got me…

Of course, I also have my Bible verse of strength: Joshua 1:9
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”

Pictures on my white board… And a little ROLL TIDE to the left…
I sat out on a bench and ate lunch the other day and this is what I saw. God’s beauty. This is in the middle of Roswell. For all of the hustle and bustle just a little ways away, it sure is pretty peaceful here.
A view out of my window. This is behind the building looking at the beautiful Stars and Stripes. God Bless America!
Another shot of my Braves artwork. It has [almost] all of the Braves facsimile autographs on a picture of Truist Field. It is so cool. Wasn’t bought for a work office. Dana bought it for my home office, but now it hangs in my work office. Who knew? God knew.
ROLL TIDE!
That is a prayer to St. Joseph as patron of workers AND my Master’s Degree.

Prayer to St. Joseph, as Patron of Workers

Blessed St. Joseph, patron of all working people, obtain for me the grace to labor in a spirit of penance for the atonement of my many sins. Help me to be conscientious in my work so that I may give as full a measure as I have received.

May I labor in a spirit of thankfulness and joy, ever mindful of all the gifts I have received from God that enable me to perform these tasks. Permit me to work in peace, patience, and moderation, keeping in mind the account I must one day give of time lost, talents unused, good omitted, and vanity of success, so fatal to the work of God. Glorious St. Joseph, may my labors be all for Jesus, all through Mary, and all after your holy example in life and in death. Amen.

Update: More office updates

I am right at home now…

I had to bring in more all stuff for my wall….

Updated desk…

I just couldn’t wrap my head around the monitor from the right, so I moved it off my desk and am now using my personal MacBook Pro at work. I still use my work-issued Dell as well.

This is my Bible passage of Strength.
