My agent has enlisted extra agent help… hoping that this will lead to more showings of the house. Since he called to tell me that… I can see no improvement in that area.
I have made an important decision about the sale of my house. If it is not sold by the first part of October, I am going to pull it off the market until after the first of the year. I just don’t want to move during late November or during December. Too much holiday stuff going on plus many trips to Alabama.
After the start of 2008, I will place it back on the market in hopes that 2008 brings the sale of my house…
