I grew up in Sherwood Park in Huntsville, Alabama. It was a very quiet and very humble neighborhood. And in the 70’s when this picture was taken, it was on the outskirts of town between Huntsville and Redstone Arsenal.
So, I took this from using Apple Maps in 2019 of the same area. Pretty interesting what 30 years did…
I guess the only things I see from the shot that seem to be the same: Sherwood Park and the Golf Course.
If you are from Sherwood Park or Huntsville in general, this has to be pretty cool to see.
