Particularly those who inhabit my townhouse community.\u00a0 Apparently, either:<\/p>\n
a.) They did not read the covenants<\/p>\n
b.) They do not read the mailers we get.<\/p>\n
c.) Just don’t care<\/p>\n
Because the rules just don’t seem to apply to them.\u00a0 Even those that aren’t a part of the covenant (such as stopping at stop signs)… simple and easy rules like:<\/p>\n
1.) No parking on the street.<\/strong>\u00a0 The streets in the community are narrow and don’t allow for parking on the street safely.\u00a0 This is not an inconvenience issue, it’s a safety issue.<\/p>\n 2.) No residents parking in the visitor parking.<\/strong>\u00a0 Now, this can be tricky as those of use in the non-driveway section only have 2 parking spots assigned to our townhouse.\u00a0 If we have visitors, where do they park?<\/p>\n 3.) Other people parking in front of my townhouse<\/strong>.\u00a0 We have assigned parking.\u00a0 It pisses me off to come home and somebody visiting another home or whatever is parked in front of my townhouse.\u00a0 I feel that this is not only a rule violation, but also disrespectful.<\/p>\n I am not going to pretend that I am perfect but I do try to be respectful of my neighbors even if they aren’t respectful of me.<\/p>\n Sorry, I just had to ran this morning…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Particularly those who inhabit my townhouse community.\u00a0 Apparently, either: a.)
