<\/p>\nSo, my friends, Kevin and Hilary, invited me out to Andretti Racing on Friday night.\u00a0 Well, sure.\u00a0 I’ve never been and it looked like fun… and thus, I met them there a little past 8…<\/p>\n
We checked it out.\u00a0 It felt much like a GameWorks like I had been to in Seattle several times.\u00a0 Plus, it has go-kart racing.\u00a0 And that’s what we did…<\/p>\n

The karts<\/p>\n
We got 8 minutes of racing.\u00a0 I was lapped by the top racer 8 times at least.\u00a0 I only completed 15 laps and was dead last on the leaderboard.\u00a0 I don’t think I ever got how to race the karts and I was so incredibly uncomfortable in the helmet and the karts (due to my stature…) but I did have fun.\u00a0 I think after a few more times (and maybe some practice runs on my own), I could get it down and run with the big boys.\u00a0 Also, I found it frustrating that the other guys we were racing against were rough.\u00a0 I got rear-ended a couple of times and sandwiched once even though I stayed to the inside and out of the way.\u00a0 I guess these are the veterens of the kart circuit!<\/p>\n
Anyway, I did have a good time and am greatful that Kev and Hil invited me out.\u00a0 Much love to you both.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
