Just kidding&#8230; how dare they price their house so low!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mmolenda.com\/images\/neighbor1.jpg\" title=\"My Damn Neighbors\" alt=\"My Damn Neighbors\" align=\"absmiddle\" height=\"640\" width=\"490\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The MLS# for my house is: 3445194<\/p>\n<p>Notice that my house is exactly 10,000 more than the neighbor&#8217;s house&#8230; sure, they have a few more upgrades, but mine is a 3 bedroom, theirs is a 2 bedroom&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>At least I have Re\/Max behind my house.  And I hope that gives me an advantage, but a 10,000 advantage?
