Baseball...Mariner Style...

What is a trip to Seattle without a baseball game. I know what you are saying, "Mike, doesn't Atlanta have a baseball team?" Of course, Atlanta does... and they may play Seattle in the World Series 2003... I would be torn between the Braves and Mariners...


This was to have been the first pitch...but my camera shutter is a bit slow...

The stadium is absolutely beautiful. A few stadiums like Atlanta's own Turner Field set some new standards for stadium construction and food.

While I didn't get a souvenier ball... like I ever have... (well, my Dad got a couple from the AA Huntsville Stars in my hometown of Huntsville, AL)... we did get to see an entertaining game against the Padres. Oh, yes, they did play another real team. And they won that night. Cool stuff...
